Get ready for an exciting introduction to the game of football!

This non-contact Youth Flag Football Clinic is designed to help young athletes learn the game, build confidence, and have fun in a positive, high-energy environment. The first half of each session will focus on basic football skills and drills, helping athletes learn the fundamentals of the game, including movement, catching, throwing, teamwork, and football awareness.

The second half of each session will be all about playing flag football! Athletes will get the chance to put their skills into action, compete, learn, and enjoy the game in a safe and supportive setting.

This clinic will be coached by Mascoma Valley Regional High School Varsity Football coaching staff, along with current varsity football players. It is a great opportunity for younger athletes to connect with the high school program, learn from positive role models, and be part of something bigger in our community.

Athletes should bring sneakers, shorts, a T-shirt, and water.
