The following facilities are available for use by the general public. Private rentals are limited to Enfield residents only. When renting an Enfield public facility, you are renting a facility in a public space and not the whole public space. The space is open to the public and can and will be used by the public during rental.
Note:
Renters must pay for rental in full 30 days in advance of rental if made more than a month before rented time. If rental is made within 30 days of rental, then it must be paid immediately upon rental approval.
All fees are refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to event if cancelled within 30 days but prior to event half of fees are returned. If cancelled within 2 weeks of the event no fees will be returned.
If not paid in full and all required documentation (Signed application form and waiver of liability) completed by set time frame rental will be released and made available for another rental. Exceptions to this rule must be pre-approved by the Town Manager or their designee.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is charged for all private events.
The security deposit will be refunded following the event held provided the facility/grounds are cleaned in accordance with these rules and there is no damage to the facility/ground. The Enfield Board of Selectmen and their designees reserve the right to waive fees.
